A. Fully Complete the Student Admission Form for your intended earn degree
B. Provide an autobiography and or resume.
C. Have Transcripts (if any), a Pastor, Ministry Leader, or Spiritual Mentor mail recommendation letter sent to our mailing address.

D. Pay a one-time non-refundable application fee of $100.00 on the “Add to Cart” button
Mail Checks Payable to: CICA-International University & Seminary- Returned checks will be charged a $30 processing fee.
F. Complete the below application.
G. Signed agreement of CICA-International University & Seminary Statement of Faith agreement.
H. Must be 18 years of age and older.
Tuition cost is $1,500.00 based on program selection.
*Tuition cost for M.Div. program is $1,600.00
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We offer a payment plan, for those who cannot pay the full tuition:
1st payment = 50 % of tuition cost ($750.00) when you begin the program.
2nd payment = 25 % of remaining balance (90 days after registration) – ($375.00)
3rd payment = Total Balance due (Final Exam/Project is completed) – ($375.00)
