Junior Ambassador Program
CICA International Junior Ambassador Program is a distinguished leadership and humanitarian initiative designed to inspire, equip, and empower young leaders between the ages of 15 and 19 years old. The program provides students with a unique opportunity to expand their global awareness while actively engaging in humanitarian, charitable, and community-focused initiatives.
Junior Ambassadors are encouraged to build upon their existing interests or initiate new projects in areas such as community service, advocacy, event organization, humanitarian outreach, creative arts, missionary work, and causes of national and international significance. Through this appointment, participants develop leadership capacity, civic responsibility, and a deeper understanding of global service.
As representatives of Canadian International Chaplaincy Association (CICA International), Junior Ambassadors may have the opportunity to attend and represent the organization at select United Nations–related events in New York, Vienna, or Geneva, subject to program guidelines.
The program emphasizes reflective learning and personal growth. Participants who attend United Nations events are required to submit a reflective essay detailing their experience and the knowledge gained through their engagement. All travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
The Junior Ambassador Citation appointment is an investment in youth leadership, global citizenship, and service-oriented excellence, offering young people a meaningful platform to contribute to society while gaining exposure to international diplomacy, humanitarian values, and professional development.
