The Rt. Rev. Dr. the Hon. Phillip S. Phinn, OIA, OEA
His Excellency Dr. Phillip S. Phinn is an international Christian Ambassador, Apostolic Prophet, Motivational Speaker, Minister, Author, Lecturer, Advisor, Counseling Psychologist, Businessman, Economic and Financial Consultant, teaching mankind how to win the battles of life. He has travelled extensively for over 32 years throughout the Americas and the world as a conference speaker, seminar and convention teacher and lecturer; God confirming his messages with signs and wonders.
As a former Central Banker, he worked at the Bank of Jamaica as Unit Supervisor with the Export Development Fund (a special World Bank project) and several other areas in the International banking Department. During his six years with the Central Bank he represented the bank as a Liaison Officer at the 18th Meeting of the IMF and 35th Meeting of the World Bank. Other duties with the Bank have taken him to Mexico, the Dominican Republic and the Federal Reserve Bank in New York.
Dr. Phillip Phinn is currently President General, Chief Executive Officer and Chief UN Ambassador of the Word of Life Ministries International and Vice-President of the International Third World Leaders Association (ITWLA) in charge of UN and Diplomatic affairs. Also, General Overseer of the Word of Life churches and Affiliate Ministries, Presiding Bishop of No Limit Ministries in Brampton, Ontario Canada and Executive Trustee for the International Third world leaders Association based in Nassau, Bahamas, Chairman-Founder and Chaplain General of the Canadian International Chaplaincy Association and Chancellor of Cica-International University and Seminary. He serves as Director and Advisor to several Organizations around the world.
He is the author of four books and several publications. Dr. Phinn has appeared on several telecasts and spoken on numerous radio shows. He is the Father and Developer of the MUSTARD SEED PRINCIPLE. He has been sharing this principle with thousands around the world and many, who have applied it, have testified to substantial financial breakthroughs. As a result he was invited to participate in the first United Nations Global Conference on Sustainable Development for small Island States (SIDS) in Barbados 1994, and the World Summit on Social Development in Copenhagen, Denmark, 1995.
In November 1996, under his leadership Word of Life Christian Fellowship was accredited by the United Nations under the follow status: ‘NGO in special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nation’ (ECOSOC).
Dr. Phinn holds earned doctoral and master’s degrees in Theology, Christian Psychology, Leadership and Management from the respective institutions such as- Christian International School of Theology, International Theological Seminary of California, City and Guild Institute of London (UK), and Kingdom Covenant Leadership Institute.
In 2004, Dr. Phinn was awarded the Noble Order of International Ambassadors with the right to use the word honorable before his name and the letters OIA after his name from the American Biographical Institute. In May of 2012 commissioned as the Commander of the Most Distinguish Order of Extra-Ordinary Ambassadors from Word of Life Ministries, aka WOLMI- United Nations accredited NGO.
Currently Dr. Phinn is married to his beautiful and virtuous wife Sharon J. Baquedo-Phinn. Together they are caring for their three children.
Recently, Dr. Phillip Phinn, founded the Canadian International Chaplaincy Association (CICA-International) in Ontario, Canada and brought this Association to the United States of America in June 2012, registered in Houston, Texas. His vision is that every kingdom of God ambassador must be equipped to preach the gospel without restrictions beyond the four walls of the church.
