Statement of Purpose
CICA International was founded on the Biblical view that every member of the body of Christ is a minister. It is thoroughly established in the Word of God in the instructions given to believers to preach the Good News, heal the sick, cast out demons, teach the people and prophesy. CICA International’s vision is to exhort and equip believers across the globe to become marketplace ministers of the Gospel. That is, to go beyond the four walls of their churches, to reach out and minister to “the man or woman in the street”.
